3.3/10. I don't like how they stand out, yhe background color doesn't fit, and the text color doesn't look nice. Nice Landorus/Thundurus/Tornadus fusion though.

cooloolcool: Samurott's pretty sweet. Kind of wonder who drew the picture, though. Font looks decent, though the colors aren't the best. Of course, getting "good results" for the appearance of fonts on a banner isn't always easy. 7/10 or so.

It's a background... With two renders on top... With text just slapped on top. No effects whatsoever. Also, it's supposed to be "way too cool", not "way to cool". So 4/10. Maybe even 3 for the grammar mistake.
