Groudon wasn't made to be a special sweeper. Overheat / Fire Blast is there to counter physical walls and benefits from his ability.

- Reflect / Substitute

Reflect lets it take a bit more physical attacks, Substitute blocks status and Leech Seed. After one CM no special attack can get through Raikou's Sub.

- Drill Peck / Aerial Ace / Steel Wing
- Roar / Whirlwind
- Spikes
- Rest

Aerial Ace is suggested if you want Whirlwind instead of Roar, because both Drill Peck and Whirlwind are egg moves. Toxishuffling is normally a bad idea.

Standard Milotic. Use the ReSTalking version please: it works much more better than the Recover + Hypnosis version.

Standard special sweeper. Will-o-Wisp works better for Gardy, but Hypnosis is also an option if you don't want to breed for egg moves.

Slaking@Choice Band

- Earthquake
- Focus Punch / Fire Blast

Brick Break and Rock Slide are redundant on Slaking: a neutral STAB Return deals more damage than SE BB and RS. Ingame Slaking really only needs the first three moves, seeing there isn't any switching ingame. Fire Blast to counter Skarmory, but like I said before, you don't need it.

well the thing is these pokemon are already 100, so i can olny eidt ther moves with there current state...but i will use some of the move suggestion u gave me though! =) thank ill see wat a can do, wat does everyone else think? oh wy do u have leftie for everything lol, thisi s gonig to be a BF team u need, i will use it for link battles too, im battling someone i now soon.

Because leftovers are the best hold item. You've got a choice band on Slaking, and you can use a lum berry or something on the other one you use.

The above sets are the best, but I like Substitute>Reflect on Raikou myself.

Then REBREED. Those natures are crap BTW. I know you can't change the natures of Groudon and Raikou, but please, if you want to win, rebreed for the right natures and moves. It helps out a lot.

You didn't specify it's for the BF: how would I know?

Yes, lefties for everything isn't overkill, but since this is for BF......

Use Milotic, Gardy and Slaking. Milotic needs lefties, Gardy needs Lum and stick to the Choice Band for Slaking.

my slaking has Focus band not choice, and i do need a lum berry but im out is the problem, I need to use the tutors a bit, but i only have 8 battle point so im saving them up.

oh and wat evs should i have to rebreed, this team mayu have bad evs, but my friend doesny have any good pokemon, at 100, lol so ill win anyway, i may rebreed....
oh if a rebreed there are some switches i might do....
Gardevoir-wil be Sableye
Slaking will be Delcatty
Skarmory-Scizor, the problem with tihs is tho i will have no flying pokemon....

What do you mean? There's nothing to Focus Punch ingame anyways, so you could just go with Fire Blast.

Gardevoir:
172 Spd, 252 SAtk, rest in HP

Slaking:

i hate the chraging aprt of fouxs punch but im leaving my team liek so except for moves changes for awhile till i earn some of my ogld frontier badges if i have tronule ill change it...

Oh, charging, not changing. Focus Punch + Spore/Substitute works ingame, otherwise it's really risky.

That Slaking has like, a Atk iv of 00 and no attack evs lol.

345 attack for a Slaking is piss-poor, considering the max is 460
