Ummm...no. As hard as it may be to believe (it's actually not that hard), Curse is better on non Ghost-type Pokemon. You don't need it, because Will-O-Wisp and Confuse Ray already take care of damage, and you can't afford the HP drop. Instead, go with Seismic Toss or Shadow Ball, Seismic Toss since you have a Bold Nature.

 

[Dark-Matter]

Will-o-Wisp + Confuse ray is a no go. Will-o-Wisp lowers the attack thus lowering the damage done by confusion.

Personely I prefer this set:

Dusclops @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Will-o-Wisp
- Ice Beam
- Rest

How will his dusclops be able to do any damage if the only move that is a quick damager is ice beam?

it's good but i think you should take away will-o-wisp and put ice beam
