Can recieve a Substitute or Calm Mind from Celebi. Not so sure about the EVs, but I love his unpredictableness.

That's the SubWishPasser set, I really can't put Ice Beam on it.

Besides, Gengar can kill him with Ice Punch since he's faster and has high SAtk. I haven't had any Salamence trouble with this team.

you need a decent fighting move for normals like bliss and lax who although you can get past them you can't defeat them :/

Vaporeon passing subs is a waste of time if it isn't

a) in a baton pass chain
b) passing to a focus puncher

so ditch sub and baton pass for ice beam and charm.
