That's why they gave him a base Atk of 135 right? I'm sure people are tired of the same old Specs Mence. DD Mence is fine, it's just that it needs a better set than that one.

Because people are stupid and see the same old Specsmence all the time, they assume that all physical mences are only for n00bs, not realising how the Physical Mence dominated the scene last gen, and will enevitable dominate this gen against those who, like Black Jack assume it is only a SPecial sweeper and will switch Blissey into it without a second thought.

Let's not forget Mixmence which is what I suggest your team should use.

I'd give physical Mence Hydropump to kill Rhypheriors or Gliscors who are being used as Physical walls nowadays.

Any more ice attacks on weavle is redundant.

Better Pokemon can use Stealth rock than Blissey, using Reflect will help it switch out of Pursuits and help your POkemon switch into random Focus punches. Aroma therapy is just more useful aswell.

And the reasoning for a firetype would be what? Because you like it?

Weavile needs its speed, and when you have the option of going 1.1x Speed and 1.5x Attack that is a lot more tempting than 1.1x Attack and 1.5x Speed, as so little outspeeds him anyway and the stuff that does (notably Scarfcross) he has no business fighting anyway.

I'm curious what you're expecting to use X-Scissor on seeing as Ice hits Grass SE and Dark hits Psychic SE. If you go Choice Item then it has to be Pursuit in the last slot, but if you go LO or Expert Belt then Swords Dance is very good and underrated as a lot of things like Cressy try to predict the Pursuit and stay in on you, only to realise they've given you a free SD.

Yeah, choice item on a DDer is no good. Fire Fang is horrible on Salamence - even after a DD it doesn't even 2HKO Skarm. EQ is pretty much a given on this guy so for the 4th move pick between Flamethrower (2HKOs Skarm and does a good deal to Bronzong) or Stone Edge for coverage. You might want to drop down to 270 speed and put the remaining EVs in HP.

EDIT: Mixed DDmence with Naughty nature, the HP EVs shifted to Sp Atk and Hydro Pump will also 2HKO Skarm and also cut right through things like Donphan, Gliscor, etc, but it's very fragile and needs a lot of support from the rest of the team. Very high payoff if it works though

Rest is too risky these days so go with Roost. Drill Peck deals with Gyara better than Toxic so I'd take that. For EVs, max HP before touching def, get def to a number you're comfortable with (anywhere 400+ is good really) and dump the rest in Attack or Sp Def.

Judging from the set you're trying to make a Choice Specs Zam. If this is your only special threat then it's just not worth the effort - Blissey will wall you to high hell even if every Focus Blast hits while you eventually miss or run out of PP. If you had another special threat that could deal with Blissey like Azelf then this wouldn't be so bad but as it is it's just not a threat

Uhuh. Blissey has too many options competing for moveslots already to afford Thunder Wave and Stealth Rock - you can't drop Ice Beam for it or Garchomp will have a field day. This isn't ubers - just max out Def and HP, bold. Nothing in the normal game hits nearly as hard as Kyogre and Manaphy won't care whether you have 306 sp def or 405.

If you can put SR onto a different poke, do so because Blissey has better things to do.

Well, it seems a bit redundant to point out threats when I've suggested you change 2 of the pokes outright but you'll need to put in some T-tar and Heracross coverage at least. At the moment though the team doesn't really work so whatever.

*** Off Topic *** sure, you could use it as a physical sweeper but why? their are so many similiar pokemon that do a much better job. your more than welcome to go ahead and use him as a physical sweep but i just perfer the Specs Mence


*** On Topic *** This team I think does much better with the CS Mence seeing as he already has a weavile and TTar who do a fine job sweeping in that catagory
