if someone's signature sucks, you don't have to tell them to kill themselves. some people are oversensitive and take the internet very seriously.

3. don't spam 'no comment'.
people are here to get information on why their sigs suck. they don't want you to always say "no comment", because they want advice. it's fine if you've already rated their current signature.

4. don't post in here too much.
no one wants to rate only your signature. no one wants to heed only your advice.
