Joy Ribbon is eh, but it could work if Celebi had a move like Giga Drain, or....Recover? Can't it learn Recover?

Not sure if I like Hydro Cannon. I don't know it's PP or Range, but I will assume it works like it did in RSEFRLG, so um, I'm not totally sure...You want Range, so maybe Ice Beam?

And Since you have Tight Belt, do you have Super Mobile and Trap Seer?

Golizard, Your team seems fine, except 2 things irk me:
-Double Slap. Bleagh. Water Gun plz
-Grovyle/Poliwhirl's crap IQs. Grass Gummis are easily found in Uproar Forest, and Poliwhirls love 'em too.

Aqua Maden. EQ bugs me. Try getting a Defense Scarf or a Heal Ribbon to one/both of your Team Mates. If Swampy's too strong, it'll murderlize you.
