Mystical Sphere, aren't number ratings banned? And that doesn't tell him anything. Someone who can't see the sprite could just say 8/10 for the hell of it.
Anyway, I think it's very good for a first mix. You added a custom patern on Heracross' body, and most people just assume Mixes are copy and paste when you first do them. Of course some parts have to be copy and pasted, but meh.
All i'd suggest is mabye making a backup of that sprite (i.e, opening it and copy and pasting another one of it) and see if you think it looks any betetr with an Electabuzz recolour.
