Number rates aren’t allowed, but that would get a 0/10 for breaking the following rules:
*Don’t give a Pokémon two attacking moves of the same type.
*Don’t use any HM moves on your main Pokémon except for Surf. All the other HM moves are bad.
*Never EVER use Hyper Beam or Elemental Hyper Beams (Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon).
Wow, you broke all three rules with one Charizard. O_O
But not to worry, I'll fix it:

I'd give it a 2, it's got a good item. But I feel that you're trying to use your STAB advantage too much.
Heat Wave's decent, But I'd get Flamethrower, More PP and Accuracy.
Fly's not too good in battles, unless your oppo has got a lot of Grass types.
Wing attack is a good to STAB with.
I wouldn' use Blast Burn, I'd rather Use Overheat, sure it does reduce SA, but it's damn useful to get you out of a sticky end.
I'd get SLASH or Dragon Claw, there's a chance of finching And a critical here
Flamethrower is slightly less powerful then Heat Wave, but with more PP and Accuracy, it's worth it
Double edge can be good to go, since you got some leftovers there
Earthquake can be a good attacj if used well

Normal attacks are useless on Charizard. It doesn't get STAB and they're not supereffective against anything Charizard has trouble with.
Also, Charizard's Attack is not high enough to sweep unboosted. It needs to set up with Swords Dance/Dragon Dance/Belly Drum. Out of all of those, Swords Dance is the easiest to get and the safest to use.
And wtf, Dragon Claw doesn't flnch. Dragon Claw has no side effects at all.
its pretty bad right now, 1/10 and I doubt he is as happy as you say he is. Anyway what's his nature? I'll give you the set my Hasty, 8 atk Dved Charizard has but go with aragonbird's set it's proably the best..... anyway

Ok. I know nothing about what STAB is or Dvs or EVs or whatever. Anyway, aragornbird Please give me a link to these "Rules" of yours for I have never seen them on Serebii or the forums. Blas burn is more powerful even though flamethrower has more PP. Then, with Heat wave you guys want me to delete it. Its the best when I'm in adouble battle and The oppo are strong ok. And aragornbird you can't tell me that Its bad for HMs and I like fly. Your oppo is charging their solar beam and you and the (Meganium) Both have 1 hp ok? Without fly you wouldn't be able to beat them.

You don't even know what STAB is? That's sad. STAB is the most basic concept in Pokemon battling, it's been around for 10 years ever since Red/Blue came out.
STAB = Same Type Attack Boost = Pokemon using an attack the same as its type gets a 50% boost on it.

They're not real rules (like don't spam or don't double post). They're more like guidelines that every trainer should follow if they want to have good Pokemon.

Flamethrower: 95 power + 95 power = 190 power
Flamethrower is way stronger than Blast Burn. Blast Burn fails.
Then, with Heat wave you guys want me to delete it. Its the best when I'm in adouble battle and The oppo are strong ok.
Heat Wave's power gets cut in half in 2 vs. 2. From 100 power to only 50 power for both opponents. That's really weak and won't do any major damage, especially if the opponents are strong.

Or: Charizard uses Fly, but it misses because it has 90% accuracy and Meganium uses Solarbeam and KOs you.
You could just hit them with Flamethrower since you're faster and Flamethrower is reliable since it has 100% accuracy.
Don't try to argue when you don't have knowledge of good Pokemon movesets and don't even know what STAB is.

Moo?, do you have access to egg moves? Then you could maybe consider Belly Drum or Dragon Dance on the physical Cahrizard set above.
I didn't know about this. Does this apply to all attacks that hit more than one opponent (e.g Earthquake)?
