And I'm not sayin Shaymin is better than Tangrowth, I just like to think outside the box once in a while. But do you think the team is good?

Indeed, Stealth Rock / Avalanche / Earthquake / Rest Swampert can be pretty useful. The current Swampert you're using is the one I used to use in Standard. If you put Wish Blissey over Cresselia, you could be gay and put Waterfall over Rest and use Wish to recover health instead of Rest.

If you're going to use Failcross, at least use Flame Orb which doesn't kill it so fast, and guts negates the Burn drop anyway.

And yes Failcross is refering to a Heracross with an Orb not Hera in general

Some people run Leftovers instead of Choice Band now, and maybe that choice thing which raises speed. Maybe you could run that?

I personally like Choice Scarf on Hera. It's attack is already high, and it has the movepool to do serious damage, so it couldn't hurt to boost Speed as opposed to Attack. It could still get a boost from Guts if the time comes in the battle.
