Really and truly
Not very impressive. You're really still a beginner, even when it comes to recolors. I'll coment on each sprite seperately.

The Recolors:
Voltorb: sorry, but this one's pretty bad. The coloring is insane-meaning that it's too bright and weird. Use less eye-shocking colors. Also, your shading was pretty bad. Don't make the shadows and highlights so different from the normal color.
Porygon2: this one is a lot better. Though the coloring is still rather crazy, it isn't as bright as Voltorb, which is an improvement.
Pikachu: again, the blue you used was just a bit too bright. Also, you forgot to recolor it's orginally orange/brown outline.
Ponyta: by far your best. I'll admit that the green you chose was pretty weird, but it wasn't bright and the shading was good.
Oddish: just too bright. And the shading was also too different in contrast.
Clefable: better, but again, the blue is a bit too bright. It's shadow area is a bit too dark, and the outlining blue should be darker.

The Revamps:
Golem: all right, but the fact that you leave all those black blotches isn't so good. Also, the brown of its skin should be a bit darker.
Ditto: it needs highlights. Also, the entire outline of a sprite should never be black.
Caterpie: er, just add highlights. It was ok, other than that, but you could have tried to improve the outline (which, again should also not be all black).

The 'Fakes':
The first one: you need to work on copy/pasting parts. And work on shading. Looks very weird. Not much to comment on.
The Vulpix one: waaaaay too bright. You chose very bright, scary, unnatural colors. The wings are positioned badly. The tail has a poor shape. The thing on top of its head should be facing the other way.

Basically, they're ok. The creativity is there, but you deserately need to work on them more, especially the coloring. Use custom colors and make them less bright. Also practice shading and how dark/light the shades/highlights should be. Practice makes perfect!

I must agree. People who hven't sprited before would probably say it's good. However, people that sprite a lot or are involved in spriting for a long time would know that in needs a lot of work. Don't get me wrong, keep trying, you've got a good future ahead of you.

a good tip is to try to make the colors look more realistic than unntaurally bright.

I have to agree.
Looking at the bright colors really made me dizzy. (Sorry, my eyes have bben getting problems ever since I started using computers. And eye watering colors kinda make it worse).
You need to work on your shading. A lot.

Thanks for your comments everybody, I really appreciate it.

I must agree, the colours are a bit eye popping, I'll get right on recolouring the recolours.

And I also agree my shading is A-W-F-U-L spelt out by cheerleaders at a national football game. If thats how bad you think it is, I give you a prize, this is one of the reasons I havent opened up a mix section, I CAN'T SHADE!!!

Again, a BIG thanks for your comments and votes!

This is my first scratch sprite, but I really think there's something wrong with it. I tried to use less eye-popping colours, but, I'll let you judge for yourself. And I SUCK at custom shading!

P.S. I plan to upgrade the gallery and use transparent sprites.

EDIT: Here are my recoloured recolours:

Voltorb:

Clefable (need to re-colour AGAIN!!!!):

I have more, but I need to re-colour again. Keep those comments a-coming!
