Okay, I really hate having to post here...

1. Where would I put a topic that requests for people to bring sprites to me for a pkmn game I am developing? It would not go in the fan sections as it seems, and it is not a "Please make the this!" thread, rather a "Please donate any sprites to me if you so desire." thread. Is that even legal, if so, where would I legally post it?

2. Is it against the rules to delete topics with 17000+ posts without legitimate cause? Can their be consequences for that? Why am I asking--Magma Grunt Alex deleted the Dark Face-off and I want to know whether/not to waste my time reporting him for it...

2. Posts don't count in Face-Offs anyway, so you wouldn't be losing anything. Besides, it is the topic starters right to delete topics they have created. Unless there is something going on in the topic that should be kept active for important reasons, he there's no rule forbidding them from removing it.
