Ready for the Elite Four? (Fire Red)

Tumbleweed

Fireheart
Ok, I'm at the point in the game where I need to start getting ready for beating the Elite 4. I think that this is going to be my final team, except for the levels, (which I could use some advice on), and movesets. None of my pokemon have any items, and I don't EV train (well, it's sort of hard In-game). I have limited items, probably some berries, and a few others. In the TM department, I have all of the HMs and the TMs that you can pick up on the ground, but I don't have access to the Ruby/Sapphire ones.
-Thank you for reading all of this, and possibly helping ^_^.

-------

Venusaur@Nothing
Trait: Overgrow
Nature:Careful
-Sleep Powder
-Poison Powder
-Leech Seed
-Razor Leaf

Alright, I know the nature is probably horrible. I don't really like these moves right now, so I'm thinking more of this set

-Sunny Day
-Solarbeam
-Toxic
-Sleep Powder/Leech Seed

I need some advice before I use all of those TMs though.
------

Pidgeot@Nothing
Trait: Keen Eye
Nature: Modest
-Fly
-Whirlwind
-Wing Attack
-Quick Attack

Ok, this is a really bad moveset. I'm probably going to end up with something like this in the end:

-Fly
-Aerial Ace/Wing Attack
-Return
-Whirlwind/???
--------

Kadabra@Nothing
Trait: Inner Focus
Nature: Naive
-Recover
-Reflect
-Disable
-Psychic

Why this isn't an Alakazam: The other games I have are Ruby and Emerald. At this point in the game, I can' trade to them -_-. And the trait is horrible.
--------
Dugtrio@Nothing
Trait: Arena Trap
Nature: Bashful
-Rock Slide
-Slash
-Magnitude
-Dig
Yep, this is where the Rock Slide tutor was used. I'm going to eventually replace Magnitude with Earthquake, and Dig with... something.

-------
Jolteon@Nothing
Trait:Volt Absorb
Nature:Sassy
-Thunderbolt
-Pin Missile
-Double Kick
-Thunder Wave
I'm pretty content with these moves. If anything's horribly wrong, please tell me.
-------
Lapras@Nothing
Trait: Water Absorb
Nature: Quirky
-Ice Beam
-Body Slam
-Confuse Ray
-Surf
Again, this is one of the Pokemon I'm pretty good with. I don't think that I'm going to do the Perish Song/Mean Look thing.
------
Again, this is only for the game, not for Netbattle or anything. I just don't want to spend two years beating the game again x_x. I can't do any egg moves either, because I don't have access to Four Island yet. I tried to hold off on the HM moves, so I might have trouble getting through Victory Road....

Don't post teams where you haven't beaten the Elite 4 yet. There are too many things, especcially in FRLG, that you need that are after them.

Alakazam@lefties/shell bell
modest nature
- psychic
- ice punch/fire punch
- recover
- calm mind

Pidgeot@choice band
adamant nature
- quick attack
- return
- steel wing
- aerial ace

Venusaur@lefties
careful nature
- sleep powder
- sub
- leech seed
- sythesis/razor leaf

Not like aerial ace will be any use at all ingame. You could even leave that blank, its so worthless.

if they're strong, that's good. don't have bug or grass. try fire & water. ice ...

It looks like a pretty well balanced team, you should do fine at the elite 4.

depending on it's level ... and movesets.

Bug and Grass aren't weak, OK.
Substitute/Synthesis > Poisonpowder on Venusaur
Leftovers on 2 of your guys. You can get them from the Snorlaxes. Just Itemfinder on the spot where Snorlax slept on. Preferably use it on Venusaur and Lapras
Thunderbolt/Thunder on Lapras > Body Slam. Thunder is just there in case you don't have the money to buy another TBolt. Also Sing > Confuse Ray IMO.
