Real Jirachi?

I recently bought Ruby, Sapphire, and Leaf Green because I just quit my job (I know, not exactly obvious logic, but I want games with long play time for the money while I hunt for another job). Leaf Green's saved game uselessly early to give any fruit, and I didn't want to have anything to do with the profane name in Sapphire's game. However, the game on Ruby seems to have been particularly lucky. It has what looks to be a genuine Jirachi on there, but since you guys are experts, I want to get confirmation before transferring it to my home game. I don't intend on using it, since it seems to have been very heavily used up to its current level 43, but it would make another pokedex entry for me.

Jirachi level 43
OT: WISHMKR IDNo20043
Docile nature, Lv5, fateful encounter (that's how the info page says it was found)
Item: Amulet Coin
HP: 152
Attack: 97
Defense: 98
SP. Attack: 100
SP. Defense: 97
Speed: 107
Exp. points: 102309
Next level: 4171
Moves: Psychic, Flash, Shock Wave, Double-Edge

This complies with screenshots I've seen on an old IGN article about the "upcoming pre-order disc." Still, I could be missing signs of using a cheating device, and I REALLY don't want my home (Emerald) game getting wiped because of it. It would kill my interest in Pokemon with all the time I've spent on it. Anyway, if you guys could confirm this or help me look for good signs of cheating, thank you hundreds!

That WISHMAKR is when it's real, so I think that that is real. A cheated one would have an ID of AAAAAAA and met at a random roue like 116 or something.

It's perfectly fine; it's from the Colosseum bonus disc. It has the right Original Trainer and how it was found.
EDIT: I was beaten.

everything there seems to check out. also, the OT is in blue, right?

congrats, you just got a legit jirachi!

Trade it since it is a real Jirachi, but I would suggest deleting the move "Flash" before using it.

* I don't intend on ever using Jirachi. I have no idea how the effort values were done on it, and any pokemon I use would have their effort values done my way. (I'm a bit of a perfectionist.)

* Yes, the OT is in blue.

Thank you all so much! You've made me so happy! Yaaaaaayyyy!!!!!!!!!! :) I have a natural Jirachi at last! Oh, the lucky!

LOL yea all my jirachi's from my bonus disc are similar to that. If you ever get emerald there are berries you can use to lower all the effort points.
Also... if there is still any doubt. if you ever get pokemon XD... try uploading it. XD is the best detector of cheated pokemon there is because if a pokemon is cheated it'll stop the trade.

There's not any profanity in Sapphire.

Interesting. Now I actually have some reason to get XD aside from Lugia (which really isn't worth the price tag, in my mind).
Also, my home game IS Emerald, so exactly which berry do I need? I might have lost it due to a lot of irresponsible planting on my part. It hadn't occurred to me that the berries might die eventually.

EDIT: There was profanity with the game I got. It was the trainer's name. I can only imagine what else he named the pokemon.

berries don't die if you leave them too long. they just fall to the ground and sprout again. the EV-reducing berries are #21 through 26, though i don't remember their names.

Of those, I have Pomeg (21), Kelpsy (22), Hondew (24), and Grepa (25). Where do I find the others?
save before talking to the berry master and his wife. keep resetting until they give you the ones you need. 26 is tamato, i don't remember what 23 is. then be sure to grow a few of each, because you'll want them for other things too.

EDIT: 23 is qualot. so what you do is, once you get enough (should have at least 15 each), go one by one, feeding them to jirachi until they say "jirachi turned friendly! base ____ can't fall!", at which point you move on to the next stat.

if it's already reached max happiness and jirachi has no remaining EVs in that stat, it'll just not work and say "it won't have any effect..."

Number 23 is Qualot. You can get it from the Berrymaster and Kiri in Sootopolis, if I remember correctly.
