I'm a Blastoise at level 78, have a friend bow equipped, and only have Charizard in my party. I know the base chance of befriending Groudon is at -10%, but with my friend bow that should make it 0%. Because of my level 78 and a friend bow, what is my chance now, if there is any?

Thank you very much for the quick reply. Yeah that seems about right. Luckily there's the save point a few floors before, because it took me atleast 16 times to finally recruit it. I was a little worried I was resetting over and over all in vain. And of course right after I post this I finally get it lol.

with the friend bow, plus your level and rank bounus, it should bring it up to about 5 depending on your rank, but i'm not good in math so don't ask me.
