I have a few percentage questions. Im lvl 100 with friend bow for all.

lv 100 is 24% recruitment. donno friend bow :/

all regi's are 0.1%. (I hope I'm doing this right) 24% - 0.1% = 23.9% (I'm not sure if I'm doing this right).

its the same for the dog.

deoxys is -10%. so 24% - -10% = 14%.

again I'm not 100% sure if I'm doing this right, and there is the friend bow so thats a plus.

Does Deoxys give me the friend area when I recruit him? Or do I buy it?

you have to buy deoxys friend areas and ho-oh master,you are right^^

For the regi's: How much does their respective parts help when held?

Ho oh master you start with the base recruit rate and then PLUS the bonuses 24% for level 90-100 and an extra 10% for frien bow equipped.

To topaz archer i also heard that holding the part that that regi would drop boosts the chance of getting it but i dont know if its tue.
Interestingly today i was getting my last regi (regirock) and i had done ab out 10 previous beating then escape orbing out while i was lv 93 with friend bow and i didnt get it.
Then i remembered about the parts and i got rock part out of starge and had it in my toolbox the next time i went to beat regirock and he joined me.

Probably just a coincidence but interesting.

The legendaries you have to buy the freind areas for are:

3 regis
3 dogs
mew
mewtwo
ho oh
2 lati

The ones you get automatically from the legendary upon recruiting it:

3 birds
rayquaza
deoxys
celebi
lugia
kyogre
groudon

And you get jirachis friend area (mt moonview) by doing a mission with a friend area as the reward that is randomly on the bulletin board.

And for the starter of the tread redblueyellow's percentages are correct. ;123;

I don't think holding the parts that they give has anything to do with the restrictment rate.

I think holding the parts for one of the regis makes them want to join you more.
If your Gold Rank or something, then more pokemon would want to join you, more then if your normal rank I mean.

rank has no effect on recruit rate.

you don't buy jirachi's. it's one of them you get when you beat a mission (mt. moonview)
