I don't think there is a good one, considering each Pokemon comes up in certain dungeons and have different recruitment rates.

Just go to any dungeon and recruit all ya want. ;o

YUP!!! try Waterfall Pond! it has these pokes: Feebas(floors 16 - 19), poliwag(???), (corphish(1 -5), Mudkip(floors 1 - 6), and WHOLE bunch o' other super rare first evo's!

Also, you could go to:
Western cave (about 19 pokemon recruitable)
Top 11 floors of Waterfall Pond (all 12 pokemon can be recruited)
Darknight relic (if you need ghost pokemon)
Buried Relic (32 pokemon recruitable in the whole dungeon)

Actually there is. In some dungeons you can only recrute 1 or 2 pokemon because the rest have a recrutement rate of -36%. In other dungeons you can recrute 12-14 pokemon. So if your trying to get them all, you can go there first and go after the rest later. I don't know wich dungeon has wich though. But I do know that waterfall pond has feebas, all the first evo waterstarters and more.
