Talk about Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redmption Undead Nightmare!
The games were good but had terrible endings. I heard rumours of the next red dead being called; 'Red Dead Revolution' but the redemption one was good although I hated playing as Jack Marston because he sounds really stupid and weird.
Red Dead Redemption is probably the best open-world game I've ever played, right next to Saints Row 2. It's atmosphere was far superior to GTA IV and it's amazing story made up for it's lack of the "fun-factor" that the Saints Row franchise aims to provide first and foremost. That's not to say Red Dead Redemption wasn't fun however.
John Marston is probably one of the best video-game characters to date in my opinion.
Red Dead Redemption the best open world game you've ever played??!! HERE COMES THE SKYRIM SQUAD TO TELL YOU THAT YOU'RE AN IDJOT FOR NOT TAKING AN ARROW TO THE KNEE TO THE STUPID MEME!
/JK... Although, there are really weird people out there who'll call you names for not loving a game that they like.

Ok, firstly, spoiler tags you dolt, and secondly:
You really have a ****ing problem with characters dying don't you? You really have some kind of unhealthy attraction for video-game characters and it makes me think you don't have any friends or go outside from time to time.

I haven't gotten around to Undead Nightmare and I don't think I will be any time soon.

Now I'm curious. What's your definition of a 'good' ending? The games were good but had terrible endings.

The spoiler tag contained the big ending spoiler. Obviously I had to keep it all in there.Ok, fair enough I didn't use spoiler tags, insult me for that but was the spoiler tag really necessary to insult me?
Prolonged? Not really. The only reason why I had a problem with the ending of the game was because john's death was so prolonged. I thought it seemed too unfair but over time, it was a good end to the character. I agree that he is a good character as well.
IIRC, it is either meant to take place in the middle of the RDR plot and isn't canon.Undead Nightmare is a good game but it contradicts the ending of redemption. Pretty good story but I don't think it is cannon with the redemption story.
Well obviously you guys don't give a **** about spoilers do you?
Anyway, Landon Ricketts, best side character.
