well I just made a red kyogre, I am not a good artist thats true but I did my best

this belongs in fan sprites.what happened to the sprite did you resize it save it as jpg if it's jpg save as png for better qaulity of sprites or are you using a horid host.well i can't really critique on recolors but if you wanna learn a little bit more and improve go to the fan sprite section and go to a stciky tutorial they are really helpful with all forms of spriting from recolours to fakes to pixel art etc.
