I'm kinda confused on what choice band does. Does it only allow you to use one move w/ the power boost and you can't use the other moves that pokemon has?

It raise the attack stat of a pokemon by 1.5, but holding it allows you to only use one move until you switch.

Say your flygon has 250 attack stat and it is holding a choice band. 250 x 1.5 = 325. So that would be the attack stat of your flygon. But, you can only use one move. So if you use earthquake, then you can only use earthquake until you switch out.

It is useful for fast sweepers like flygon.

Ah, I see. I don't know if I like choice band all that much then lol. Maybe use a spoce lens instead and hope for the best.

At first I didn't like Choice Band. Then, I realized how helpful it can be. Scope Lens is all about chance. CB can be way more helpful in certain situations.

How would you guys rate this team? on like a 1-10 scale? (10 being best) and am I lacking anything? (Ex:a wall of some sort)
