Read the first post. Also Victini was done earlier when the new movie came out in Japan, but I think it's down right now for editing.

Right since a lot of people wanted a voting system early on in this thread so why not let people vote for a pokemon once a month/ every fourth week.

Thats why we do it Once a month!

That would mean that even if strong pokemon where picked only 12 would be picked by the forum members a year. And we could have a differant tier every month like Uber,OU,UU,Uber,OU,UU ect.

Well randomization is pretty much the only decent way of spreading things out.

But yeah, tier rotation might be good.

Tiers are fickle, however. You might as well randomize it because there's no guarantee a poke will stay in that tier. Plus, Serebii doesn't make its own tiers.

Why do we not do Pre-Evo corner anymore?

Both of their POTWs were before they got banned.

For the later, IDK , but probably since there haven't been many viable pre-evos like Scyter in a while.

Are we still doing the pre-evo corner? Also, if, say hypothetically, charizard gets chosen and no charmander or charmeleon movesets were compiles, will they be LOST FOREVER?
