Regi and Dogs Help

How do u get regice registeel and regirock. Iv been trying for a long time and still didnt get it.Also i want to know how do u get the three dogs and wat r their recruit rate.

I believe the Regis recruit rate is VERY low. The dogs, though, I got Entei on my 3rd try without the friend bow, and Raikou on the 5th. You can't get the dogs the first time you see them, though. You need Sacred Field for 6500 from wigglytuff for the dogs, and Ancient Relic for 8000 from wigglytuff for the regis.

Well iv been trying for a long and still no luck and i have a friend bow and my swampert is on level 68.

first of all make sure you beated the storyline then beat stormy sea then make sure you have less than 4 mail in your mailbox so you can get the mail and do some random rescue missions so you can get it then go to shiftry in pokemon square talk to him he will say a bunch of junk about treasure and the buried relic then you have buried relic and you can get the regis! i don't know about the dogs though because i am not that far yet.

Regice Registeel and Regirock are in buried relic. You unlock it when you get a mail about then talk to Shiftry

Regirock: 0.1% Having rock parts improve chances
Regice: 0.1% Having Ice parts improve chances
Registeel: 0.1% Having steel parts improve chances

The "Dogs" are located in Fiery field, Lightning field and northwind field. After you get Surf from Solar cave you see an event the next day. These dungeons are unlocked in order.

Entei: 0.1%
Raikou: 0.1%
Suicune: 0.1%

Well the Serebii site says the recruitment % correct me if I'm wrong.
