However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

Regi caves.

Get a Relicanth (hard to find, underwater near Sootopolis) and a Wailord (Wailmer @ Lv. 40). Put Relicanth in 1st spot and Wailord in last (Wailord makes a good HM slave anyway).
Go to Pacifidlog and Surf west. Start at the bottom of the screen and try to stay as close to the middle of the route as you can get. If you succeed, you'll see this little patch of area where you can dive.
Go as far south as you can here and you should spot some braille writing (6 dots open 4 doors). Use Dive again and you should be in a cave. Inside this cave, go to where the exit door should be and use Dig. This unlocks the 3 caves where the Regi pokemon are.
Regice: go in between Dewford and Petalburg, and Surf as far west as is possible. Surf north a little from the halfway point and there will be an island cave. Starting from the sign, run a lap around the room and you will unlock the room to fight Regice.
Regirock: go to the desert and head south. There's a cave here that you would have to WORK HARD to miss. Read the sign .. step down twice and left twice, then use Rock Smash.
Registeel: go west of Lilicove, where the girl gives you a berry every day (south of where you catch Kceleon and Absol) and head north-northwest of her past that Ruin Maniac. Head into the cave and use Flash in the middle of the room.

I did mine counter clock wise(starting at the braille then start at left) but i dotn think it really matters
