i got the regis in ruby then i did every thing in emerald and yes i know its differa=ent but when i go to the place where the caves are supposed to be they arnt there where are they

Did you unlock them in that one place west of Pacifidlog? If you did, did you see the shaking cutscene?And remember the Wailord-Relicanth thing.
