Explosion is crap, just look at its absolute shit base attack stat :/ Now slap yourself with something durable, something like an iron bar preferably.

Anyway explosion only works with curse ;/

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

- Psych Up
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

Toxic can be useful for the BF (over Wave/Psych Up)

Sdef evs aren't needed if you have a +nature, but using a + def nature, does require some Sdef evs

I would never use Psych Up so there is no point in that (I know it is good, but meh). Besides I like to kill things before they get the chance to power up.

I think I may add about 20 in Sp Def aswell then.

Thunderwave is a great Idea.
