Besides the obvious choices that will most likely be in the Dex (e.g. Lucario, Absol, and Zubat), I’d love to see Klefki, the Honedge line, Deerling and Sawsbuck (since Seasons seem to be back), Meowth and Persian, and the other felines minus Litten line, Snubull and Granbull, The Clefairy line, Lapras, Delibird, definitely Ponyta and Mudbray lines since England is famous for horse riding, Vulpix and Ninetales for being based on foxes, and the Rosalia line since England is known for the flower. The Gastly line would also be a nice touch if you found them inside the ruins of a great big abandoned castle populated by the Honedge and Shuppet lines and Misdreavus.

Hopefully the Pokedex count is in line with SM/USUM.
The only problem with the Gen VII Pokemon in terms of handling was the low encounter rates for some Pokemon/Mareanie being in SOS battles but other than that, I like how the Pokemon were distributed throughout each island. Kalos on the other hand, shoved down way too many Gen VI Pokemon by the time you got your second badge to where only a small chunk of Gen VI Pokemon were left to be discovered. On top of that, they shoved way too many non-Gen VI Pokemon in each route to where it made finding those new Pokemon about, if not, just as difficult as finding Gen VII Pokemon.

As far as number of new Pokemon goes I REALLY want 100+
I would accept around 80 if they also added 25+ Regional Variants. I really hope they don't scrap that concept.

@Arthropoda I'd love more regional variants too, gives new life to old favorites or new options for underused creatures depending on what they do. I also agree, I hope they have a good number of new pokemon for this generation. Variants or not
