Serebii says White-Stripe is a "new form" and not a regional form. Like Dialga and Palkia getting the Origin forms.

or like if Furfrou got new hairstyles besides the existing ones.

I dont think it counts, if they dont. If that helps.

With that in mind, I think I'll make a separate form difference face off. Not looking forward to the Unown round on that one!

So far, the newer designs seem to triumph over the old ones; with 26 out of 38, which I find quite interesting.

In this case, it happens to be a close match for me. I like both variations of Slowking equally in terms of design, but find that the poison typing makes for a more interesting concept.

And so far Johto, Unova and Kalos have never won. ( Nor has sinnoh but no base sinnoh Pokémon have regional forms and Hisui is old sinnoh so in a way it has won most of its matches)

Also every matchup since dugtrio ( with the exception of Arcanine) has resulted in the regional variant winning, though Alola Meowth beat both Kanto and Galar.
