Do you have a Relicanth and Wailord in your team, and a pokemon that knows Dig?

I have both, but where can I get dig?
The boy in the Fossil Maniac's house gives it to you the first time you talk to him. If you don't have the TM anymore, level a Nincada to 45 or a Trapinch to 41 to learn Dig. If you have FireRed/LeafGreen, you can buy Dig in Celadon City or raise a Diglett to Level 17 to learn Dig.

Okay, fly to Pacifidlog Town, and surf to the west. Ride the ocen currents and eventually (and hopefully) you'll come to a spot you can dive at. It's the Sealed Chamber. You need to solve it to open the Regi's caves. It has braille (a LOT of Braille) so you may need help for the Braille too.

I have a guidebook but it won't help you much...lol I could get it and PM it to you if you are ever /really/ stuck...but hopefully you figured it out. Good luck catching them. It took me a long time to get all of them. My adivice: Use Ultra Balls, Pokeballs and Premier Balls (to stall for the best ball ever...) and the best ball ever (in my opinion) the TIMER BALL! I caught 2 on the three Regi's with the Timer Ball. I caught the other one trying to stall with what was left of my pokeball supply...an Ultra Ball. I used the others and I was down to Regice so I had to use something...and I didn't want to waste my Timer Balls...if you are really rich you could buy a ton of the other balls too just to stall time for the Timer Ball...that's what I did.

Awesome thanks Doglover.

If I need your help I'll pm you. And I do agree that Timer Balls are the best.

Yeah, do what doglover said. BTW, don't try to lower their stats because they have clear body. Also watch out for their cursed superpowers.

I'm too coo', foo'
To weaken them try using a strong pokemon that knows false swipe and then put them to sleep. Also stalling time and using timer balls is also a good strtegy.
