Yes, I know my team gets pwned by fighting types. Yes, I know the items are absolutley crap. But can you at least rate this team? Like give me some suggestions for items?

Well, at least get Rock Slide...Heck, even Rock Tomb is better than Rock Throw. Give one of them Leftovers and one of them Choice Band('cept Ice, of course). Two Cursers is pointless. Give Registeel Choice Band, IMO, and get some Phys. Attack in place of Curse. Shell Bell for Regirock, I guess, if it's the Frontier. If it's just battling, then Leftovers for Rock, too.

Having two cursers are pointless. If anyone needs it, it would be regirock. It would also be helpful to give natures. Get enough BP for rock slide on regirock. Your regice is fine, though you could add something better than T-wave. Registeel is the tank, add toxic if you don't like some of those moves. And as a person who rates team, I don't care if you have HP steel or not, I just give suggestions. As an RMT I'm pretty sure you said that to a certain person who had a latios to give the best suggestions.
