Most folks who'd cheat, indeed are disloyal and not trustworthy in most other aspects of their life, absolutely.

A one time slip up, that indeed is one time, and as time passes is not repeated, I can understand.

Someone who repeatedly makes "mistakes/slip-ups" does not deserve another (repeat) chances.

Because when you enter a realtionship you pretty much promise to be only with your parnter, it's pretty much implied that you wont sleep with anyone else as long as you are together.

U must be talking about open relationships. If that is the case, you just shut JB#s up, otherwise, JB is right! U were not loyal to your partner and the relationship because you took what was sacred from that and instilled it in someone else/ something else.

Sex is intricately linked to feelings, especially within a relationship, and to engage in sex with someone foreign to the relationship betrays the other partners loyalty and trust.

Especially with all the bugs crawling about nowadays, cheating can have profound ramifications to the involved party's health.

Yes, I do believe this. Why? Because I've never had a girlfriend in my life and I KNOW I can do much better than most people are these days. Yes, if you observe others' mistakes and learn from them then I would consider you wise.

It'd be one thing if she left me over something like that. But if she was just having sex with another man and still wanted to be with me, I wouldn't be as bothered by that (I'd try to address why, but other than that I wouldn't mind). It only bothers you as much as you let it bother you.

Sex is precious. It should only occur between two people. It shouldn't be, "let's have sex I think you're special and all, but even though I think you're special I'm still going to have sex with the Pizza Delivery Guy."
