Releaning moves.

Is there a way for pokemon to relearn moves you made them forget or skipped? And without breeding a new one?

I'm not sure, but isn't this what the Move Tutor does?

Of course, you can visit the move rememberer in Fallarbor Town and if you give him a heart scale, he'll let your pokemon relearn one of its level-up moves. However, move tutor moves, TM moves or egg moves cannot be relearnt if you accidentally deleted them.

Go to the move tutor in fallabrodor and bring heart scales.

Go to Fallabor Town. Bring lots of heart scales, which are found when catching the Pokemon "Lovdisk". Anyway, you can relearn level up moves.
