You'll have to either cut a part off or make it compressed. Or you can also resize it to 350 by x, where x is something less than 100.

You'll have to use a photo/image editting tool to resize the banner. However, there is an alternative, SPPf has been kind enough to give us [*banner][/*banner] tags. They resize the image to the pixel/size limit that SPPf allows. These are the only two ways to resize the image/banner, if I'm not mistaken.

MS paint under Windows XP has a fairly decent resizer. Open the image with Paint and under the "Image" menu is an option called "Stretch/Skew"

Just enter a percentage and it'll resize your image.
But paint isn't very good with exact pixel measurements. Only percentages.

it is good click on a first tool from the right in the paint (first row on the right) then click anywhere on the image and then the 6 blue dots should appear. then you pull them in any direction and in the bottom right corner will be the right size of the image

That's a very bad resize though, and you get a low-quality image.

Your image-viewer program (like ACDSee or something) should have an in-built resizer. Use this as it's much better. Try going under Modify >> Resize when you open the image with that program. If there isn't a "Modify" tab, just open all of them one by one until you spot "Resize"

Then use calculator. I'm sure you can figure it out. Or download The GIMP and resize it with that.
