Return and Frustration

What's the minimum and maximum power for Return and Frustration cos i'm starting a new game and will giv eit to my slakoth if i can find one and if i get the TM again.

The most is 102, I don´t know the least power you can get, but I think it´s les than 60.

Return's power is: Happiness*10/25
Frustrations power is: (255-Happiness)*10/25

Max is 255*10/25 = 102
Min is 0*10/25 = 0

Wait, so they can actually do 0 damage?!?

That is ridiculous! For example, a wild Mew is always at maximum happiness after being caught, so it using frustration would mean it does 0 damage!?!

btw, does anyone know any Pokemon that are at minimum happiness after being caught from the wild?

Shuckle man, check out the link that Volteon posted. There are several legendaries that are at minimum happiness when caught.
