Plot:
Team Cipher is back after the Lugia incident and team Cipher had been destroyed Thomas was drawn by the power and started up team cipher again. They have been creating shadow pokemon by the truckload because they needed their power and viciousness to start their next plan. They have been getting the pokemon through thievery using snag balls. They have captured 3 of the strongest pokemon and are planning on using them to enslave all non-Cipher members. The pokemon are: Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza. They had searched half the globe before finding them, when they did find them they had sent a large ammount of pokemon to gang up on the legendaries. Groudon, to dry out lakes and any water. Kyogre to drown people. Rayquaza, they have altered so it can take air away from people. They did this as ways to torture those who disobeyed. They mostly drowned the children of parents who disobeyed. Anyone else who disobeyed would slowly be dehydrated unless they decided to obey. There have been secret meetings of trainers who want to stop the evil ways of Team Cipher. They formed during a public announcement by cipher. They call themselves The Resistance. They have been surprise attacking Cipher. Many of the members of the resistance have been publicly killed after being found out. One of their spies, was able to steal snag machine technology and they have replicated them to steal pokemon from Cipher, With the help of a great scientist and an engineer, in hopes to beable to get from Cipher either Rayquaza, Groudon or Kyogre. They had been training as long as they could but so far no sucess.

Appearance: He stands at 6' 4'' and is of average weight. He has grey eyes that used to be full of happiness but they are now full of despair. He has black anime-like hair. He wears a black T-shirt and a pair of grey sweats.
History: He was once a happy person. He was living a great life until one day, due to a Cipher related incident, his mother was killed by an explosion. More recently, his father was captured while trying to destroy the supply of the portable snag machines. Ever since then he wanted to prove himself to the resistance and get revenge on Ciper.
