Swampert is 2HKOd by its Earthquake.

I don't see the point of having three grounds on a team; especially two 4x weak to Water and one 1x weak to Ice. It will increase your Water problem. I'd replace Flygon with a Swampert since DDTar will steamroll through this team and you can abuse Rest unlike most Swamperts. It doesn't solve the amount of Grounds, though. You can get rid of Rhydon for another Normal/Flying resist, now. Losing that Earthquake immunity sort of sucks, though.

Camerupt is cool, but I've never liked it on the same team as Blissey. It should have max HP, too.

I'd like Dragon Dance > Thunder Wave. It's a bit weird having a bulky Gyarados Dragon Dancing, but I think it will turn out well. It will provide another sweeper (though it will be slower to sweep than others) while still taking hits and it is something to take advantage of the Milotic and company problem.

My favorite Raikou EVs was max HP, 310 Speed, rest in Special Attack @Modest. It is a bit weird, and it doesn't take advantage of the Special Attack boost, but it will take hits better. You can max HP and 320 Speed @Timid, too.

Rhydon could go, but for what I can't think of atm. Blissey could also go as the only thing it brings is Aromatherapy imo. Spikes would be a problem, too.

Increase water problem? I have kou / bliss / gyara. Unless they don't count. For some reason.

EDIT: Changed gon and Camerupt. Camerupt is Relaxed now. B/c. To wall electrics. Well. How many of them carry hp water?

Gyarados won't beat bulky waters without Dragon Dance and Blissey will get stalled. I really only use Camerupt on teams without a pokemon like Blissey since it makes it worthless.

kk. First of all. Electrics w/ hp ice own sceppy. Second of all. Thanks for showing me to Smogon. When I didn't even need it. I know damn well what Smogon is. And. Just linking me there and repreating what's already there is not help. Lastly. How the **** is subseed sceppy an all out attacker.

Thanks for the insight. As well as trying to make my team more fragile than already. Whilst increasing my problem with ice types.
