The revamps - not all, could do with a little touch up on the shading as if you don't reshaded they're just recolours.

Why??, Do you have the need to not even critisize, but tell people what to do with there sprites, like you can tell them how to sprite. It normally takes a good spriter to be a good critique aswell. Prooves right there.

Anyway, on topic, the revamps arent all that good, but well done for a begginer, not an excuse though. You need to just leave the outline and completely reshade it.

can people give examples when they give advice please!
(and i mean that in a nice way, not a whiny, spoiled kid way)
For example you could post YOUR OWN sprites here so i can see how its

On Topic: I agree, work on the shading for the revamps, and on the pelliper devamp, i don't think they used yellow in crystal-red/blue. I could be wrong though.

Just a few red/blue fakes. my faves are the grass starters

Scratches are 'too advanced' or well, not bad enough in the good sort of way. The devamps are Recolors, and badly done. The revamps are like the devamps. Old shading, no shading, icky tacky old outlines left with pink- ie Slowbro. Yeah. You need work, and you need to take your time.

i've had this discussion before...
Don't just slander my pictures- give them constructive crit...
for example... don't call my sprites "tacky" even if they are...
just say "they haven't got very good outlines... you should..."
and then tell me HOW to improve... and btw... with the
red/blue revamps, i got bored at venusaur- so i think i did pretty well

Sandshrew: You should start to get the picture it shouldn't look like a dark brown stump of a pokemon compared to RSE sprites. Even FRLG.

And etc and so forth. Ninetales has no shading, niether do the 'Bats, Dragonite, and etc. You should have taken your time. You did not, you failed. You don't want to accept that fact? Fine. You want to be coddled and have it pointed out to you? Fine.

But sorry, I'll just point it out and hit you with a stick that you should have taken your time with it. It took me an hour to Revamp a Meganium sprite. So sorry you wanted to be lazy.

Devamps:

These are not devamps. These are devamping via recoloring. And poorly at that even. You want further help? Go read the THREADS MADE TO HELP NEWBIE SPRITERS.
