I'm not very sure which one to purchase so I want some very honest/non-biased (please try to be non-biased if you are a fanboy/girl) opinions. PS3 will be a little too expensive for my tastes but my brother is willing to buy it and let me play it every so often. Revolution is looking very enticing and the virtual console feature has piqued my interest. I've also been dying to play Zelda and a good FPS with that controller. However, I'm not so sure how well it will be used. Xbox 360 looks like it will have a decent future but all of the anticipated games are being delayed longer and longer. There is also not much substance in the launch titles and my friend (who owns the console) has been spending most of his time playing Geometry Wars (an arcade download) instead of playing PDZ and PGR3(the launch titles he bought). I am posting this in both sections so I can get the best results.

I'd say the Xbox 360. IMO it's the safer choice if you don't like the feel of the controller. Also, even though the anticipated games are being delayed, arcade games are always being added and those are very addicting. Xbox 360 is also pretty much future-proofed with Xbox Live... MS could update pretty much anything they want.

The Revolution. If you know Nintendo, you'll know that they only take risks when it's worthwhile, and the controller is a perfect example of this. They wouldn't have done motion sensors if they didn't really think it could work. Also, with the exception of Halo and PDZ, the Revolution will without a doubt have the better games. Pokemon, Mario, Zelda, Metroid, and a load of other amazing games.

And if anybody mentions the Virtual Boy, I'll admit, they messed that up, but at least it was original.

The Virtual Boy cant even be mentioned, its way in the past.

Anyway, I say Nintendo Revolution. The Revolution will have the new styles of gameplay that are promised. I heard that the Xbox360's graphics are only a little bit better than the first Xbox. But it doesnt really matter about graphics - its about how FUN the game is really.

I say go with a Nintendo Revolution.

Besides, I dont see why you cant just get both. The Revolution won't be out till November...which gives you enough time to buy one and then start saving for the other. The Revolution probably won't cost more than $250 at the most.

I am 13, I have a limited income so therefore I can only afford one. I could probably buy two, but if you factor in controllers, games, and memory for each console it get's pretty expensive. I also want to decrease the time I play games and visit the internet so I can improve my 92 average, therefore spending time on two consoles is out of the question (eventhough I'll play PS3 every so often my brother will probably hog it most of the time, except for multi-player games). I guess the popular vote is revolution and nintendo hasn't really dissapointed me in the past (except gamecube but I still consider it a pretty good console) so I'll probably just buy a revolution. Anyone know if I can reserve for one at gamestop.
