Ive just finished giving 200 and 58 Effort points to my baby rhyhorn in my emerald but now i gotta effort train it to get its max attack (its beneficial to it)! Its at Level 24 and i dont know a good place to EV train it 4 attack. I can try Sidney of the Elite 4 but my rhyhorn 2 weak! HELP!

well if ur patient, u cud train on tropius and Linoone on route to-the-left-of-Fortree, but I usually exp train weak pkmn on wally, elite 4 till lv 30-35, then train of various trainers to the right and left of Mauvile.

well my rhyhorn is a rock/ground type which it is at its 20's so seeing Mightyena's would be good if only their more common

I'd reccomend using 3-4 Rare Candies on it, and then training on Poochyena on Route 120, if you have Emerald. If you have R/S, I don't really know where you'd train for attack.
EDIT: Also, you can go to Mt. Pyre and train on Shuppets if you have Emerald or Sapphire.

Thanks but its going to be very slow since im using a Macho Brace on it and its speed will now be 9. The only move that will work on Shuppet is Rock Slide Since my Magnitude and Normal-type moves wont work.

edit: I have EMERALD!

Actually, magnitude will work on shuppet. It has insomnia, not levitate(weird as it may seem). I think you can train against carvahna or sharpedo, since they don't learn any water attacks in the wild.

I always attack ev train my Pokemon on route 118 by fishing with the super rood. Only Carvahnas appear there and sometimes even Sharpedos.
