no, focus blast its a fighting special attack a good coice in a special raichu.(i think that only raichu can learn this move). thats te move set im using.

I guess Volt Tackle is a worth-mention, STABed 120 power electric attack canhit skarmbliss well and is only resisted by Grass, Electrics and Ground (I'm not listing dragon because they are Fly/dragon, ground/dragon or oobers ._.)

Volt Tackle
Grass Knot
Hidden Power Ice
