Ridiculous NPC's in Pokemon

That Birdkeeper in Heart Gold and Soul Silver who goes "BasaBasaBasaBasaBasa" when you approach him, then "PyopPyopPyopPyop" when you beat him.

Plus, I know it's awful, but the creepy Hiker in Black and White who you ride on the Ferris Wheel with (Boy...you ever had a lover?) always makes me laugh.

He always felt kinda creepy to me, that guy. Birdkeepers often seemed odd though to be honest...

Also 90% of parents of NPCs in Colosseum had strange names.

That explains how he forgot about 2nd gen Pokémon after returning from the future in the 4th movie.

I liked that old lady in the Battle Chateau that says her husband had the body of a Swimmer.

There was that maid in the Battle Chateau that says she was created to annihilate or something all caps and talks like a robot.

Also this girl in the Battle Maison that talks like a meme... "Meow, I can has battle, meow?"

Not really dialogue as much as name. In Black 2 there is a Roughneck named Joey, and, although Joey is an easily common name, we all understand that the name "Joey" has a meaning to Pokémon fans.

Pokemon Emerald is even funnier, especially since in that game everyone in the Battle Frontier talks in all caps.
My favourite was "EVERY BATTLE HAS A SMELL".
