Well if you ever need assistance just ask, I have every Pokemon. Created a living Pokedex and stored them all on Bank, for whenever I need to do some breeding. It works perfectly until I need a Poke of the opposite genders for Egg Move breeding.

I'm not sure what you mean by MMR but your records for different types of battles are kept separate and don't affect each other. Ranked is definitely the way to go over Free unless you're just messing around.

Oh and btw Mikazuki, have you tried doubles on battle spot? I prefer it. More VGC esque.
