I didn't. I almost always make my drawings from images. If you examine carefully, you'll see that there are some parts different from Sugimori, such as the right leg further out, and I think I drew the tail either closer or farther from the body. Also, the neck is skinnier and longer.

Next time you should try to draw it at another angle or with its head cocked or something so it is automatically distinguishable from the official art... Analyzing it further I do notice a few minor differences.

I'm a pretty bad artist. Whenever I try to draw something unique (something that I can't look at as a reference as I draw) it looks like crap.

Looking back at my picture, I realize I gave him boobs instead of pecs. Smooth. I guess that makes it a she?

In that case, if I were you I would use some stills from an anime episode with Zekrom in it as reference pictures for Kyurem. Their body proportions and everything are pretty much identical, so the minor design differences shouldn't be too hard to free hand.

Like someone previously said, it could be possible this new game could take place in the past/future...since there's this '2' business

so if that were to be true, then they'll have a grey version, where they fix all the flaws, add enhancements, etc, etc, etc.

Looking at your signature, I have to say that you really are great at drawing. Don't think I've ever seen an image that looks drawn so nicely.

Morning guys. I don't know if it's just me or anything... but do any of you guys have difficulty getting into a proper sleeping routine that you wake up at ridiculous times of the day?
