    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

Ripping Images from videos

How and with what program I could take images from videos/movies. I cannot really do by Alt+Print Screen with Windows Media Player and I can't get pics from Windows Movie Maker because the movie is in avi format.

I recommend VideoLan player. All you have to do is stop it at the frame you want with it, then click Capture Screen. It saves them all to a specific directory.
