Erm most teams (well all good teams anyway) will have a fast sweeper to start off their team. Smerage dies to fast sweepers. So therefore ninjask would be a better starter IMO. When skarm switches in, BP to Mr.Mime with soundproof.

Well if its a choice bander, say sala for example, he uses HP flying and therefore you just baton pass to something with a resist such as metagross in this team for example.

would be a good idea, seeming as without mean look, the opponent is free to switch to something that could slow down your baton pass chain, or lead you to have to switch
