Furrets Special Attack is way to low to pull this off. Try Specsmence or Gengar instead.

EDIT: If you really want to use furret with a diverse moveset, try using Fire, Ice and Thunder Punch (from the Emerald battle frontier move tutors), but there are better moves for it such as return, sucker punch and pursuit.
