Earthquake and Stone Edge is redundant. Avalanche > Stone Edge

If you want Explosion on Gengar, then let it have a Hasty Nature. But I like Modest with: Shadow Ball / Energy Ball / Hypnosis / Thunderbolt

Leftovers is the best item in the game so it is only smart to like them, actually you should only not use them when you use a special strategy that involves the effect of a certain item or when the pokemon that you use really has no defences and can sweep very well.

But if Choice Scarf is that item that boost speed, could you then not lower Heracross his speed a little and put those evs in hp?

Return without Stab is not a good idea. STAB Earthquake will out damage it on every non-eq resist.

Stone Edge then hits most of those. Leaving Flygon and Claydol.

Keep Stone Edge on Swampert despite people saying to use Avalanche. Swampert is the best thing you have to switch into a Gyarados. So you'll need an SE attack.

Max Speed is pointless, some people like to run 232 Speed to beat out Adamant Duggy, but when most are Jolly now that's also pointless.

I run enough Attack to OHKO Bliss with LO, Max Sp Atk and the rest in Speed so:

56 Atk / 252 Sp Atk / 200 Spd
