RMT Please (Standard, having troubles with certain pokemon)

So me and 7 of my pokemon playing friends decided to have a friendly tourney..here is my team:
I should warn you before you try to make improvemnts that some of my friends LOVE to abuse ubers and others they have pretty much standard teams.They also use gamesharks to get pokemon like Celebi but I don't do that , however the good thing is they actually have the decency not to put illegal moves on them



Jolteon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 78 HP / 180 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

My lead pokemon, I really don't want to change this and it works quite well, as a good number of other battlers will be leading with Salamence most probably

EVs: 82 HP / 252 Atk / 176 Spd
Hardy Nature (Neutral)
- Agility
- Explosion
- Earthquake
- Meteor Mash

Physical Sweeper

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 116 HP / 142 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Roar
- Spikes
- Rest
- Aerial Ace

Tank, pseudo hazer. Spikes because some battles (speaking from past experience) last for ages, and also switching of course..

Regice @ Leftovers

Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Counter
- Ice Beam
- Rest
- Thunderbolt

Special Tank

Flygon (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Levitate

Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Quick Attack
- Return
- Rock Slide

Comes in for hit and runs, also counters subrevs/flails

Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
EVs: 82 HP / 252 Atk / 176 SAtk
Hardy Nature (Neutral)
- Rain Dance
- Surf
- Substitute
- Flail

I really need a replacement for this guy..


As you can see my team would probably get owned by pokemon like Celebi, so that's what I need help from you guys on..

Which pokemon should I replace? Which pokemon are good/bad?
