;227; Physical Sweeping Scizor. I'd rather use Scyther, but Jolly somewhat makes up for Scizor's Speed loss and makes him into a Scyther with more Def. Hide behind Sub and Swords Dance to the max. Then if the Sub is broken just Sub again and start Fury Cutting. Once you've set up you'll sweep like mad. Trust me.
EDIT: I just realised that Scizor is cooler thanks to 12+ resistances. 4x to Fire but meh.

I'll do your Flareon since I have an Eeveelution team.

Flareon @ White Herbs (if you must)/Leftovers/Choice Band

- Overheat/Flamethrower
- HP Fighting
- Body Slam
- Shadow Ball

In my opinion, ditch Overheat because Flareon won't be using his fire attacks very often and Overheat is better on something that really does have a crappy special attack.

CBers want to do as much damage as possible and switch, and Flareon can blast a foe with a full-power STAB Overheat before it switches. Keep Overheat on Flareon.

Don't you mean base 130 attack?
