This is just a list of Pokemon, there's nothing really to rate here. If you really want a team rated then look over the guidelines since you'll need set details and descriptions, and specify what format you're using it in (or ingame if this is the case, in which case it doesn't really need much of a rate). Feel free to make another thread with proper formatting if you want a serious team rate but otherwise I'm closing this one.
