Torterra - I suggest to change razor leaf as you already have a powerful grass type move, Giga Drain. Personally I think it would be handy to carry Toxic, but that's just me.
Rapidash - Seems like a decent setup; maybe raise it a few move levels to get it to learn flare blitz instead of fire blast, since Rapidash isn't much of a Special Attacker.
Floatzel - Personally I hate Blizzard because of it's accuracy, I prefer Ice punch or Ice fang.
Staraptor - Instead of Hyper Beam, I would have U-Turn since that's one of my favorite moves. <3 Overall a good setup, but not huge on Hyper Beam.
Luxray - Hmm, Luxray knows three electric type attacks? Fire Fang or Ice Fang would be a good replacement for Thunder.
Gallade - Not big on this setup. Hypnosis and Dream Eater are a good combo though. I'd try giving it a dark type move like Night Slash to defend against ghosts.

Overall, you have a really good in-game team on your hands! You have excellent variety. As for the natures and abilities, agree with everything bolded above! :)
